Romeo doubled the score for the Spaniards by a free kick in the early minutes of the second half.
Iran's Mohammad Hashemzadeh managed to score its only goal on a quick counterattack two minutes later.
Iran's former futsal captain, Mohammad-Reza Heidarian, formally bade farewell to international games at the end of the match.
