Cyprus v EnglandInternational Futsal Friendly4-7 February 2010Larnaca, Cyprus England travel to Cyprus early next month to play their first fixtures of 2010 and Head Coach Peter Sturgess has named his squad for the trip, which will see two games against the hosts.Following the success of the trip to Libya in December, when England beat the African champions in Tripoli after holding them to a 1-1 draw in their first game, they will now be hoping to show further progress with these games.The first match takes place on Friday 5 February at Limassol Town, before the sides meet again the following day at Nicosia Town.Several of the squad which made the trip to Libya are involved again, but there are two new additions with James Dalton and Matthew Aldred included in the selection.The squad which will travel for the games is as follows:-Curtis HolmesJames DaltonPeter VallanceLuke BallingerDouglas ReedBen MortlockMatthew AldredRob UrsellHaydn EamesStuart CookThomas ObasiByron AndrewNick Colley |
