The result means Lithuania finish three points behind group winners England, who advance to a main round Group 7 containing Ukraine, Slovenia and hosts Turkey, all of whom competed at the 2012 showpiece in Croatia.Previously through from the preliminary round are Montenegro, Georgia, Greece, Norway and Group E winners Sweden, who will travel to face holders Spain in main round Group 4.

The seven main round group winners will progress to the finals in Antwerp, where they will join hosts Belgium, while the seven runners-up and best third-placed team enter the play-offs on 17 and 24 September.
