Colombia had a bad start at the continental tournament after losing to Argentina in opener game; now, they must defeat Venezuela in order to have chances to fight for the title.
Marcelo Gimenez and Hernan Garcia scored the goals for Argentina, while Salcedo net the only goal for the Colombians.
But there's more bad news for Colombia for keeper Echeverri was sent off in the very end of the game due to a foul on Johnny Gonzalez. Argentina captain Carlos Sandez was also sent off.
